Stand Booking Terms and Conditions

A 25% deposit (plus VAT) is due on receipt of the invoice. Balance is payable 1st August 2023. All bookings made after 1st August 2022 will be invoiced immediately, and payable in full. Please make cheques payable to ‘Kernock Park Plants Ltd’ and send to:

Kernock Park Plants Ltd, Pillaton, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 6RY.

Acceptance of this application will create a legally binding contract subject to conditions of booking and the regulations referred to therein. If you have any questions or require an explanation, please contact us on the number below before accepting these conditions.

The organisers reserve the right to require the Exhibitor to remove their stand immediately and without any refund if the Organisers have reason to believe that the Exhibitor is in breach of any Laws or Regulations enforceable by the Local Authority’s Trading Standards Department. 

Please note: It is the responsibility of each Exhibitor to arrange public liability insurance for not less than £2,000,000.
