RULES OF ENTRY

General

This competition is organised by the show organisers. Entry is free and open to all exhibitors at the show whose business activities relate to the commercial horticulture industry. We will accept up to 3 entries per exhibitor.

Completion deadline - 15th September (prior to the October show)

Judging

A judging panel will be appointed by the organisers and judging will take place during the show.

Conditions

Entrants must provide the organisers with concise information for the judges before the show. Exhibitors must have a legitimate right – as an agent or producers – to enter the material, product or service.

We welcome entries for products that have not yet reached the market but are planned for release in the following season. To be eligible for the New Product Award, products must not have been exhibited at trade shows, or sold through retail channels more than 12 months before the date of the show. Products available for the coming season are eligible.

The judges reserve the right to reclassify any entry under each category.

The judge’s decision is final; no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.

The organisers of the show and of the competition accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any entries that may be displayed, however caused.
